  • AN Travellers reserve all the rights to make any changes to the program during Bhutan tour.
  • AN travellers will not be responsible for any incident like theft or road closure due to government reasons.
  • If any expenditure increases such as petrol entry fee, the party will have to pay the excess expenditure
  • Follow the time and cooperate to make the tour enjoyable Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be at the hotel and will be cooked by our man, and if for some reason the Bhutan government imposes some kind of restriction, then you will have to accept whatever facilities are available.
  • An Travellers has made arrangements only for bus, hotel and food.
  • Cigarette gutkha tobacco is banned.
  • Do not throw garbage on the road.
  • Carry only Rs 50 and Rs 100-200 notes and each person is allowed to carry only Rs 25,000 in cash

Refund Policy

  • Refunds against Amendment and Cancellations will be paid directly to the source through whom the tour is booked. It would take at least 07 working days to process such Refund. However, there is NO REFUND for any unutilized services example: Meals, entrance fee, optional, hotel, sightseeing, transportation (surface / air). All refunds made will be in INR (Indian Rupees).
