1. 1 Booking & Payments

• All bookings are confirmed only after receipt of a non-refundable advance payment as specified.
• Full payment must be completed at least 30 days prior to the departure date.
• For bookings made within 30 days of travel, 100% payment is required at the time of booking.
• Payments are accepted through official channels only (UPI, bank transfer, cheque). Cash payments above ₹49,999 must be supported with PAN details.
• The exchange rate applicable on the date of final payment will be considered in case of international packages.

1. 2 Package Inclusions & Exclusions

• The tour package includes only those services specifically mentioned under the "Inclusions" section.
• Any services not explicitly mentioned shall be considered as exclusions.

1. 3 Exclusions (unless stated otherwise):

• Travel insurance
• Optional tours, personal expenses
• TCS & GST
• Meals other than those specified
• Early check-in / late check-out
• Visa rejection/reapplication costs
• Hotel incidentals (laundry, minibar, etc.)

1. 4 Visa & Passport Policy

• AN Travellers assists with visa documentation and processing; however, visa approval is at the discretion of the embassy/consulate.
• Any visa delays, rejections, or last-minute denials are the traveler’s responsibility.
• A valid passport with a minimum 6-month validity from the return date is mandatory.
• Visa fees, courier charges, VFS charges, or embassy appointment costs are non- refundable, even if the visa is rejected.

1. 5 Changes & Amendments

• Any change in travel dates, itinerary, or services requested by the client after booking will be treated as a modification and is subject to availability and applicable charges.
• No modifications will be entertained within 10 days of departure.

1. 6 Coach Travel & Seating Policy (Group Tours)

• AC coach will be provided based on group size.
• Rotational seating may be followed unless otherwise stated.
• No alcohol, smoking, or eating inside the coach is permitted.
• Luggage is limited to 1 check-in bag + 1 cabin bag per person due to space restrictions.
• Coach timings must be strictly followed. Late arrivals beyond 10 minutes may miss the departure.

1. 7 Hotel & Room Policy

• Hotel check-in and check-out timings are standard (generally 2 PM & 12 PM).
• Early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability and chargeable.
• Room preferences (bed type, view, floor) are requests only and cannot be guaranteed.
• Special requests (e.g., Jain/veg meals, interconnecting rooms) must be informed in advance but are subject to availability.

1. 8 Child / Infant Policy

• Child rates apply only when the child shares a room with 2 paying adults.
• Infant age is considered under 2 years. Passport copy is required for age verification.
• Some activities may not be suitable or permitted for children/infants.

1. 9 Group Tour Minimum Pax Policy

• All group tours are subject to a minimum number of travelers.

If the group size is not met, AN Travellers reserves the right to: Postpone the group departure, Merge with another tour, Cancel the departure (with refund excluding visa fees, flight cancellation charges, and unrecoverable costs)

• Guests will be notified 10–15 days before departure in such cases.

1. 10 Travel Insurance

• Travel insurance is not included unless specifically mentioned.
• It is highly recommended for international tours and must be purchased by the guest
• separately or via AN Travellers if available.

1. 11 Forex Fluctuation Clause (For International Travel)

• Prices quoted in INR for foreign tours are subject to currency exchange fluctuations. Any increase in the foreign exchange conversion rate prior to full payment will be charged additionally.

1. 12 Safety & Liability Disclaimer

• AN Travellers is a tour operator and acts as an intermediary between the client and various service providers (airlines, hotels, etc.).
• We are not responsible for service failures, loss, damage, delays, accidents, or injury during travel due to third parties or force majeure.
• All guests are advised to abide by local laws, customs, and health guidelines.

1. 13 Legal Jurisdiction

• All disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai,Maharashtra (India).
